In order to design an optimal customer experience, the solution was to build a single framework which took advantage of geolocation, so that visitors are directed to their local dental practice while giving a professional view of the entire organisation.
I undertook to scope, research and define the development, then worked with my creative team for UI design and my programming team to build and deploy.
Progressing on the successful launch of the site was the ongoing SEO/SEM, Display and Social campaigns to drive bookings and patient engagement with the brand.
